Die Handreichung wendet sich an Praktiker*innen, die im Bereich Leistungsgewährung und Arbeitsmarktberatung arbeiten. Sie informiert über sozial-, aufenthalts- und asylverfahrensrechtliche Regelungen zu Förderungsinstrumenten, Beschäftigungserlaubnisse und räumliche Beschränkungen.

• öffentlichen und freien Trägern der Migrations- und Sozialberatung
• Arbeitsagenturen, Jobcentern
• Ausländerbehörden, Jugendämtern
• Bildungsstätten 
• sonstigen Institutionen oder Einrichtungen, die mit Leistungsgewährung oder Beratung im Bereich der Arbeitsmarktintegration betraut sind
   

Das Papier ist anhand von Maßnahmen bzw. Förderinstrumenten gegliedert. Innerhalb der jeweiligen Maßnahmen werden jeweils die vier Statusgruppen Asylsuchende, Personen mit einer Duldung, Schutzberechtigte sowie Inhaber*innen anderer humanitärer Aufenthaltstitel erörtert.

ENGLISH VERSION

The German Association for Public and Private Welfare (Deutscher Verein für öffentliche und private Fürsorge e. V.) has published a handout that presents the legal framework for vocational training and its support.

The handout is aimed at practitioners who work in the field of granting benefits and labor market counseling. It provides information on social, residence and asylum procedural regulations on funding instruments, employment permits and spatial restrictions.

Target group: Professionals from

• public and independent providers of migration and social counseling services
• employment agencies, job centers
• immigration authorities, youth welfare offices
• educational institutions
• Other institutions or facilities that provide benefits or counseling in the area of labor market integration.

The paper is structured according to measures and funding instruments. Within the respective measures, the four status groups of asylum seekers, persons with a tolerated status, beneficiaries of protection, and holders of other humanitarian residence titles are discussed in each case.
